Intensive Therapy (Therasuit)

Intensive Therapy

A child is treated by a certified therapist for 3 weeks, 5 days a week for 3 hrs a day. The child is wearing a suitable size therasuit, belts, and cords, which are attached to a universal exercise unit, also known as the spider cage. These attachments hold the child in a particular position and allow the therapist to utilize hand placement on the child to guide a particular movement to be performed most efficiently. The ultimate goal is to prepare a child to achieve maximum productivity at home, school, and other environments by helping them minimalize wasted effort.
